A trip to the movies haven't been this cheap since the 90's! Regency Theatres regularly offers $3 movies and $2 matinee prices in select locations (ie. North Hollywood and Pasadena). Even better, the Pasadena Cinema has a date night special for Wednesday night; for movies starting at 6pm or later you get 2 tickets, 2 popcorns, and 2 soda's for only $10.
Usually the cinema plays top box office hits from a month or two back, such as J. Edgar, Harry Potter, Crazy Stupid Love, The Muppets etc. But every now and again they play a good indie movie too. To check out movie times and more click here.
